CROSSTRAIL™ fixed blade knife, Camillus
The Camillus Crosstrail outdoor and survival knife has a total length of 22.9 cm. The 10.8 cm long, full tang blade is made of high quality 420 stainless steel bonded with titanium. The robust blade is fixed, 3 mm thick and has a continuous tip. The non-slip ergonomic handle is made of Delrin. Delrin is extremely durable, strong and resistant to water and harsh weather conditions. The textured surface of the handle ensures an excellent grip. The handle has a hole for a shoelace. The knife comes with a case and can be attached to a belt.
Titanium Bonded is not painted or coated, but rather the application of a unique formulation of titanium and chromium nitride to the surface of the cutting blades that actually penetrates and treats the metal to create a permanent bond. The patented titanium bonding process provides the following benefits; corrosion resistance, adhesive resistance and the process itself make stainless steel 3x harder than untreated stainless steel, resulting in a blade that stays sharper for longer.
A high-quality belt knife is an ideal gift - as a leisure companion on a survival tour, as a carving, hunting or camping knife. As a knife for outdoor work, universal for fishing, sailing, sports, trekking, hiking, in the garden or simply in everyday life.
