Samwise Gamgee, also known as Sam, was a hobbit of the Shire. He proved to be Frodo's closest companion and most loyal in the Fellowship of the Ring, and played a key role in protecting Frodo and destroying the One Ring.

His sword was one of the Barrow-Blades, also known as Daggers of Westernesse, that Tom Bombadil had found in the Barrow-downs and given to the four Hobbits when he freed them from the collie. These daggers were originally forged by the smiths of Arthedain in the middle of the Third Age for the war against Angmar.

This authentically detailed collectible is an officially licensed reproduction of an actual filming prop used in The Lord of the Rings trilogy. United Cutlery, a leader in the fine film reproduction industry, has painstakingly recreated the prop sword using only the finest materials and craftsmanship. Great attention to detail was a top priority. The leaf-shaped blade of the sword is made of stainless steel.
