Description

The Honshu Boshin double-edged sword combines tradition and innovation to produce a masterpiece of modern sword design. The sword features a 30 1/2” long 1060 high carbon steel blade that is unmatched in sharpness and strength. Swapping traditional embellishments for sleek contemporary styling, the state-of-the-art Boshin is undeniably a modern weapon. Textured TPR covers the handle for an ergonomic non-slip grip, and the handle is crowned with a huge polished steel tip. The protection rejects fanciful ornamentation in favor of a practical pointed ellipse design. In keeping with the clean, functional motif of the Boshin sword, the scabbard is wood with a semi-gloss black finish and features a black faux leather sheath and cotton cords.
