In Japan, the peacock is called Kujaku and is a symbol of the goddess of mercy, compassion and good heart, who should ensure health.

- Shinogi-Zukuri blade style with Bo-Hi.
- Sharp ground edge with built-in 1045 carbon steel hammer.
- Traditional Hineri Maki style black cotton handle wrap, lined with rye leather.
- Tang attached to the handle with 2 bamboo needles (mekugi) (completely detachable).
- Decorative metal elements (tsuba, fuchi, menuki, kashira).
- Brass habaki and seppa.
- Covers (Kuroro style) made of wood, high gloss.
