The Takumitak REAPER is a lightweight survival knife with a Full Tang design, i.e. with the tip of the blade passing through the entire handle of the knife. The blade with Tanto profile is made of heat-treated stainless steel 3Cr13 and hardened to a hardness of 54-56 HRC, which ensures very good cutting properties and good resistance to abrasion.
The blade is finished with a concave cut and covered with a black oxide coating, giving it a semi-matte effect, which protects the blade from corrosion and has anti-reflective properties. The ribs on the back of the blade provide a firm support for the thumb, which means comfortable and safe work with the tool. The deep cut on the fingers serves as protection, preventing your hand from slipping on the blade while working.
The handle cover is made of nylon reinforced with glass fibers (FRN), which is characterized by very good resistance to moisture and temperature changes. Its ergonomic design and anti-slip texture ensure a secure hold in all conditions, and the hole at the end allows for a safety rope to pass through.
The set includes a MOLLE holster with a buckle made of FRN material, which allows you to attach the knife to a belt or other equipment, as well as replaceable Coyote Brown handle covers.
