Hanwei Practical Plus XL Light Katana is a sword made for cutting and practice that has traditional elements and methods of construction.
Designed for faster cuts into harder targets, this samurai sword features a genuine (rye skin) tsuka, with tightly woven cotton tsuka-Ito. The long tip is double fastened for safety.
The Practical Plus XL lightweight katana has a Kashira decorated with a Japanese lion, Menuki dragon motif and a handsome iron tsuba in a "sunny" design with brass habaki.
