This full-size 16th-century Spanish suit of armor is a reproduction based on those used during the reigns of Charles V and Philip II, and is now part of the collection of the Real Armeria (Royal Armory) in Madrid. Each part of the armor, some of which is gilded with 24K gold, is meticulously handcrafted, made of polished steel and iron, and is characterized by floral figures carved on most of its surface.
